Honest equipment stock
That's the honest version of how it works - we don't have a branch in South Hill, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What matters more is what's actually on the truck when it shows up: torsion and extension springs in the sizes that fit doors from the 1990s and 2000s, standard-drive openers and the circuit boards that go with them, cables, rollers, and the photo-eye sensors that have been federal-mandated safety equipment since 1993 - which covers the entire South Hill housing stock, since most of it went up around 1997.
